"Good morning Mr. Sittig, Thank You or your quick response. I just wanted to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to a couple of your employees. It started with a simple phone call to your agency initially speaking with Courtney who was very pleasant and helpful. She connected me with Michelle and just moments into the conversation I knew she was going to be great to work with. Michelle put a vehicle and homeowners package together for us that was much better than what we had before with a great surprise for my 15 year old son that just sealed the deal. She later came out to take pictures and met my wife and greeted her like she was family. You just do not receive this type of customer care anymore. It's simply good business with good people! A couple of days later I spoke to Michelle again on the phone and she had followed up and took care of the cancellations. Well I called her again a few days after that and told her I know you folks probably don't get involved with health insurance, but did she know of anyone that I could talk to that could help. She told me that Jonathan Webb in her office has several years in the health insurance field and that she would get us together. It was shortly after that I received a call from Jonathan. He seemed to be very willing to help us but at that point I didn't realise how much he was going to help. He asked if he could have a little while to put some packages together for us and that he would get back to us. Not long after that he called and said he had a few things for us to look at. My wife and I went to his office and sat down to a desktop full of different plans he had pulled up. After going through them he said he would try a few other options and again get back with us. Through conversation with Jonathan, I gathered he had spent some of his weekend time away from his family on our insurance. He has put a package together that absolutely blew my mind. Words can not even begin to again express our sincere appreciation and gratitude for his time and trouble. I hope it goes without saying but THANK YOU!! You have been a blessing..."
