"Great experience with Saundra at Chad Sitting's State Farm Insurance Agency. I received a letter from my mortgage bank stating that they did not receive up to date information from FEMA about my flood insurance and THEY would have to purchase very expensive second party flood insurance. Although it is FEMA’s responsibility to provide the information, the bank stated they had never sent it. Saundra researched and obtained the latest information from FEMA and then spent close to an hour working the phone to reach the proper department at the bank. I did nothing but tell her my problem, sit quietly at her desk and she took care of it. To say she was professional and courteous is an understatement. The bank now has the latest info and I no longer have to worry about them obtaining forced coverage on my home!"
